Professional Designations

Two of commercial real estate'smost respected credentials

CCIM and SIOR. Earned through years of rigorous coursework, transaction volume, and ethical scrutiny. Held in tandem by a small fraction of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. We hold both.

For Clients

What dual designation means for you.

Stacked gold coins representing financial analysis and investment rigor
01/Financial Rigor

Every recommendation backed by CCIM-grade financial and investment analysis. No back-of-envelope numbers. No “trust me, it's a good deal.” Every transaction modeled, stress-tested, and defended with structured methodology.

02/Industrial Specialization

SIOR designation means deep, focused expertise in warehouse, IOS, truck terminals, and port-adjacent logistics. Not a residential agent dabbling in commercial. Not a generalist guessing at NOI assumptions. Industrial is the specialty.

Integrity in commercial real estate practice
03/Verified Ethics

Both designations require ongoing adherence to ethical standards far stricter than state licensing. Misrepresentation, undisclosed conflicts, or self-dealing result in designation revocation. The credentials themselves are the accountability mechanism.

Founding Heritage

CCIM was founded to professionalize analysis.

In 1967, the CCIM Institute was established to bring graduate-level analytical discipline to commercial real estate. The designation curriculum codified financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis as the four pillars of professional CRE practice. Over twenty thousand designees have completed the program since. Every recommendation we issue is rooted in that framework: numbers we can defend, methodologies we can show our work on, and decisions we can stand behind.

Founding Heritage

SIOR was founded in service of the war effort.

As the United States prepared for and entered World War II, 200 industrial real estate brokers from across the U.S. and Canada organized to survey plants and facilities for the War Department, identifying space that could be converted to defense and munitions production. Their collective wartime service became the founding charter of SIOR in 1941. The earliest conversations took place along the Philadelphia-to-Newark industrial corridor. Eighty-five years later, we work that same corridor: warehouse, IOS, truck terminals, port-adjacent logistics, and active rail-served sites across NJ, PA, DE.
