These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of predictindustrial.ai and any related content, features, or services offered by Predict Industrial (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
