Lico Transport leases 2-acre site for trailer parking and storage in Kearny

The Advance Industrial Team (now Predict Industrial) of Bussel Realty Corp. has successfully leased 2 acres of industrial outdoor storage at 80 Campus Drive in Kearny to Lico Transport.

Anthony Rittwager, senior vice president, represented Lico Transport, while CBRE represented the landlord, Hugo Neu Realty Management. The signing of this lease supports Lico Transportation’s drayage and transportation services by providing strategic proximity to Port Newark and ample storage for containers and equipment, which is essential for the efficiency and scalability of their operations.
